Ooh I like it. The Baidu reasoning is well explained, even being quite optimistic for Baidu's coming revenues (+177% growth next year and +65% the year after) while still building a case that their current price is very hard to maintain. Target of $60.. never thought anyone would actually come out and say it!

Joking aside, yes I think it's fair. I've always been a bear on Baidu (never really heard of Mcdermott) and they couldn't be more right.
